By using the fragrant oil from the sun-dried tomato jar to sear the meat and bind the breadcrumbs, every element of this recipe is infused with a rich, aromatic depth. The combination of sweet tomatoes and pungent garlic creates a golden crust that perfectly complements the succulent chicken.
As a high-protein main course, this dish is both satisfying and nutritious, making it an excellent choice for a healthy weekday dinner or a relaxed weekend lunch. 2 large garlic cloves
110g chicken breast halves with skin and bone
How to make Chicken Breasts with Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Crust

Transfer chicken, skin side up, to heavy rimmed baking sheet. Spoon breadcrumb mixture atop chicken, dividing equally and pressing to adhere. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
Place chicken on plates and serve.
