This high-protein take on a classic Italian-American favourite transforms the comforting flavours of chicken parmigiana into a satisfying burger. Using lean chicken mince and a crispy Parmesan-herb coating, these burgers offer a lighter but equally flavourful alternative to traditional fried versions. They are a brilliant choice for a nutritious midweek dinner that feels like a treat, especially when topped with bubbling melted mozzarella and a vibrant basil-infused marinara sauce.
Perfect for those seeking a protein-rich meal without sacrificing flavour, these chicken parmesan burgers are served on toasted French bread for an authentic touch. The addition of bitter radicchio and fresh basil leaves provides a crisp, fresh contrast to the savoury chicken, making this a well-balanced dish. For a complete meal, serve alongside a simple green salad or some roasted Mediterranean vegetables to keep the dinner light and healthy.
