960 g heirloom tomatoes, sliced
½ x quantity shredded slow-roasted lamb shoulder
300 g goat cheese, crumbled
seeds from 1 pomegranate
1 long green chilli, sliced
½ x quantity salsa verde
baby basil (micro), to serve
How to make Lamb, goat cheese, and heirloom tomato salad
