900 g streaky bacon, thick-cut
How to make Oven-baked sheet pan bacon
Place the oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 200°C.
Divide the bacon between two wire racks set inside large, foil-lined baking trays.
Bake for 35–50 minutes, rotating the baking trays from front to back and top to bottom halfway through, until the bacon is brown and crisp.
Transfer the bacon to paper towels to drain excess fat.
