Taking Stelara (ustekinumab) with alcohol can increase the strain on your liver and may worsen certain side effects of the medication, such as tiredness or dizziness. Alcohol can also trigger or worsen the symptoms of psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease, which are the conditions Stelara is used to treat.
