Can I take 50 and Trelegy ellipta inhalation powder together?

Drug interaction guide

There is no known interaction between 50 (assuming this refers to 50mg of a standard supplement or common medication like sertraline or levothyroxine) and Trelegy Ellipta. However, if '50' refers to a specific drug not identified, please clarify. Trelegy Ellipta contains three medicines (fluticasone, umeclidinium, and vilanterol) that work locally in the lungs.

Why this happens

Trelegy Ellipta acts primarily in the airways with very low levels entering the bloodstream. Most common medications do not interfere with how these inhaled ingredients are processed or how they work.

You can continue taking both as prescribed. Always ensure your doctor knows all the medicines you are taking, including inhalers and daily tablets. If you experience any new or unusual symptoms like a fast heartbeat or tremors, contact your healthcare provider.
