There is no known interaction between 50mg of Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and other common supplements or foods. However, Vitamin B2 can cause your urine to turn a bright yellow or orange colour. This is harmless and simply shows your body is processing the vitamin.

Why this happens
Vitamin B2 is a water-soluble vitamin. When you take more than your body needs, the excess is filtered by the kidneys and removed through urine. The natural pigment of the vitamin gives the urine a fluorescent yellow hue.
What you should do
