Taking aspirin (75mg) and lamotrigine together is generally considered safe, but there is a very small risk that aspirin could slightly increase the levels of lamotrigine in your blood. This is unlikely to cause problems at a low dose of 75mg, but you should be aware of potential side effects.

Why this happens
Both drugs compete for the same 'transport' proteins in the blood. Aspirin can sometimes bump lamotrigine off these proteins, leaving more 'free' lamotrigine active in your system. Additionally, both drugs are processed by the liver, though through different pathways.
What you should do
