Acard (aspirin) and Rostrox (rosuvastatin) work in different ways: aspirin thins the blood, while rosuvastatin lowers cholesterol. There is no major 'clash' in how the body processes them, but because both can affect the digestive system, some patients may notice more stomach irritation.
