Paracetamol and Vitamin B12 are processed by the body using different pathways. Paracetamol is primarily broken down by the liver, while Vitamin B12 is absorbed in the small intestine and stored in the liver or excreted by the kidneys. They do not interfere with each other's absorption, metabolism, or effectiveness.
