Why this happens

Accrete D3 contains calcium and vitamin D, which increase calcium levels. Solifenacin is an 'antimuscarinic' drug used for overactive bladder; these drugs can sometimes interfere with how the body handles minerals or worsen constipation, which is also a side effect of high calcium. In rare cases, certain bladder medications can slightly increase the risk of calcium levels rising when taken with supplements.

You can usually take these together, but you should be aware of the signs of high calcium. If you experience unusual thirst, need to urinate much more than usual, feel very tired, or have severe constipation, speak to your doctor. They may occasionally want to check your calcium levels with a routine blood test.
