Can I take Acetazolamide and Nefopam together?

Why this happens

Both medicines have 'anticholinergic' properties. When used together, these effects can add up (an additive effect), making side effects more likely or more intense. Additionally, acetazolamide can make the urine more alkaline, which may slow down how quickly the body gets rid of nefopam, potentially leading to higher levels of the medicine in your system.
