Why this happens

Anoro Ellipta contains vilanterol, which can slightly increase heart rate. Tadalafil widens blood vessels to improve blood flow, which can lower blood pressure. Together, these effects can put extra strain on your cardiovascular system.

Use this combination with caution. If you feel dizzy or faint when standing up, move slowly. If you experience chest pain or a very rapid heartbeat, contact your doctor. Ensure your doctor knows you are using both medications, especially if you have a history of heart problems.
