Why this happens

Cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate have 'anticholinergic' properties. These can sometimes oppose the way your asthma/COPD inhaler (formoterol) works on the muscles in your lungs. They also have overlapping side effects.

It is generally safe to use these together for a short time, but you should monitor your breathing closely. If you find your Oxis inhaler is less effective than usual, or if you feel more breathless, speak to your doctor. If you experience a very dry mouth or trouble urinating, mention this to your pharmacist.
