There is no significant harmful interaction between clopidogrel and ramipril. In fact, these two medicines are very commonly prescribed together, especially for people who have had a heart attack or a stroke.

Why this happens
Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet (blood thinner) that prevents clots, while ramipril is an ACE inhibitor that lowers blood pressure and protects the heart. They work in different ways and do not interfere with how the body absorbs or breaks down the other.
What you should do
