You must not take Strivit D3 if you have high levels of calcium in your blood or urine, or if you have a history of kidney stones, as this medicine can worsen these conditions and cause kidney damage.

It is best to avoid or strictly limit alcohol while taking Strivit D3. Regular or heavy alcohol consumption can interfere with how your body absorbs and uses Vitamin D, making the treatment less effective.
