Can I take Lions mane and Reisha together?

It is usually fine to take Lions Mane and Reisha together. However, using both might increase the risk of bruising or bleeding, especially if you are already taking blood-thinning medication or have an upcoming surgery.

Stop taking both supplements at least two weeks before any planned surgery.

If you take medicine for diabetes, blood pressure, or blood thinners (such as warfarin or aspirin), talk to your doctor before using them together.

Watch for signs of low blood sugar or unusual bruising.
