Why this happens
Oestrogel is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin involved in nerve function and blood cell production. They are processed by different pathways in the body and do not interfere with each other's effectiveness or safety.
What you should do
You can continue to take your Vitamin B12 supplement while using Oestrogel as prescribed. No special precautions or timing adjustments are necessary.
