Nicotine patches provide a steady dose of nicotine to help with smoking cessation, while aspirin 75mg (low-dose aspirin) is used to thin the blood. They are processed by different pathways in the body and do not have overlapping side effects.

You can safely use nicotine patches while taking your daily 75mg aspirin. If you are using the patches to quit smoking, be aware that stopping smoking can sometimes change how your body processes other medicines; however, this does not typically affect low-dose aspirin. Always inform your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines and supplements you are using.
