Minty Blueberry Shake

This vibrant minty blueberry shake is a refreshing way to pack more nutrients into your daily routine. Combining the antioxidant power of wild blueberries with the cooling flavour of fresh mint, this drink offers a sophisticated twist on a classic berry smoothie. The addition of leafy greens, such as spinach or baby kale, provides a delicate earthy base, while pumpkin and hemp seeds add a pleasing richness and essential minerals to every sip.

As a balanced nutrition recipe, this shake uses protein-rich yogurt or kefir to support digestive health and keep you feeling satisfied for longer. The banana provides a natural, creamy sweetness that balances the tart berries perfectly.
