Crabmeat, Apple, and Mango Salad on Cumin Apple Chips

This elegant crab, apple, and mango salad offers a sophisticated blend of fresh coastal flavours and vibrant textures. The sweetness of the jumbo lump crabmeat is perfectly balanced by the sharp acidity of Granny Smith apples and the tropical notes of ripe mango. Tied together with a smooth, zesty cider vinegar dressing, this dish provides a modern twist on the classic seafood cocktail, making it an impressive choice for a seasonal dinner party.

As a dairy-free starter, this recipe relies on high-quality extra-virgin olive oil and fresh herbs to create a rich, satisfying mouthfeel.
