This vibrant Calabrian chilli oil is a versatile condiment that brings a gentle, smoky heat and intense savoury flavour to your kitchen. A staple of Southern Italian cooking, this heart-healthy infusion uses high-quality olive oil to carry the fiery punch of traditional Calabrian peppers. It is an effortless way to elevate simple ingredients, providing a sophisticated depth of flavour that shop-bought varieties often lack.
Perfect for those who enjoy a Mediterranean touch, this vibrant oil can be drizzled over grilled fish, stirred into pasta, or used to dress roasted vegetables. Prepare a batch in advance and keep it in the fridge for a quick and healthy flavour boost throughout the week.
