This pan-fried arctic char with cucumber-feta relish is a sophisticated choice for those seeking a high-protein meal that doesn't compromise on flavour. Arctic char offers a delicate, buttery texture that sits somewhere between salmon and trout, making it the perfect partner for the sharp, salty notes of sheep's-milk feta and zesty lemon. The relish provides a refreshing contrast to the crispy skin of the fish, creating a beautifully balanced plate that feels both light and indulgent.
Ideal for an elegant weekend dinner or a nutritious midweek treat, this dish is as visually striking as it is delicious. The addition of jalapeño and goat cheese hush puppies adds a satisfying crunch and a hint of heat, rounding out the meal perfectly. Serve this Mediterranean-inspired seafood dish with a crisp green salad for a complete, healthy dining experience that celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients.
