These nutritious turkey burgers offer a vibrant, high-protein alternative to the traditional beef patty. By combining lean minced turkey with the bright, sharp notes of pomegranate molasses and zesty lime, you create a satisfying meal that is both light and flavour-packed. The addition of creamy avocado and crunchy alfalfa sprouts provides a wonderful contrast in textures, making every bite feel fresh and balanced.

Perfect for a quick midweek dinner or a healthy weekend lunch, this recipe is a great choice for those looking to increase their protein intake without sacrificing flavour. Using whole-wheat buns adds a fibre-rich element, while the Monterey Jack cheese provides a mild, savoury finish.
