This vibrant broccoli and farfalle pasta salad is a refreshing addition to your high-protein meal repertoire. Combining tender pasta bows with crisp broccoli florets, it offers a satisfying texture that is elevated by the subtle sweetness of sautéed golden raisins. The use of sesame oil adds a delicate nutty undertone, making this a sophisticated alternative to standard deli-style salads.
Ideal for meal prep or as a nutritious side dish for a summer barbecue, this recipe benefits from the crunch of toasted sunflower and sesame seeds. By adding the seeds just before serving, you ensure every bite remains crisp and full of flavour.
