Creamy Farfalle with Salmon and Peas

This creamy salmon and pea farfalle is a wonderful choice for a nutritious midweek meal, offering a light yet satisfying alternative to traditional heavy pasta sauces. The combination of fresh flaked salmon and sweet garden peas creates a vibrant, seasonal feel, while the inclusion of fresh dill and lemon zest provides a bright, citrusy lift to every bite.

As a high-protein dish, it is particularly well-suited for those looking for a balanced dinner that supports an active lifestyle without sacrificing flavour.
