450g chicken mince breast
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 tablespoon oil
How to make Mexican Chicken Sliders
Back to contentsIn a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the oil, and mix to thoroughly combine.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form into patties. You will use about 60ml the mixture per patty.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with your favourite burger accompaniments.
