These ultimate loaded nachos are the definitive crowd-pleaser, perfect for game days or a relaxed weekend gathering. This high-protein dish elevates the humble snack into a substantial meal by layering crisp tortilla chips with succulently tender beer-braised carnitas, earthy black beans, and an indulgent blend of melted sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack. The contrast of the warm, savoury base against the cool crunch of radishes and fresh coriander creates a truly balanced plate of food.
While the pork and beans provide a satisfyingly filling base, the variety of traditional toppings allows everyone to customise their plate. Serve these sharing trays alongside homemade guacamole, zesty pico de gallo, and a drizzle of tangy soured cream for a vibrant Mexican-inspired feast. They are a brilliant option for feeding a hungry group with minimal effort once the prep is complete.
