This honey and mustard glazed salmon is a versatile high-protein dish that balances sweet and savoury notes beautifully. The combination of coarse wholegrain mustard and mild honey creates a thick, flavourful crust, while a hint of crushed caraway seeds adds an aromatic depth that perfectly complements the rich oils of the fish. It is an excellent choice for a nutritious dinner that feels sophisticated yet requires minimal preparation.
Ideal for a quick midweek meal or a light weekend lunch, this recipe is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality protein.
