This three-cheese pizza with pancetta and mushrooms is a sophisticated take on a classic comfort food. By combining creamy Fontina, sharp Parmesan, and stretchy mozzarella, you create a rich, complex base that perfectly complements the earthy flavour of the sliced mushrooms. The pancetta adds a wonderful salty crunch, making every bite feel indulgent yet balanced. It is an excellent choice for those looking for a satisfying, homemade meal that feels like a treat from a high-end pizzeria.

As a high-protein option, this dish is ideal for a post-workout dinner or a filling family midweek meal.
