The combination of tender blanched beans and the peppery punch of fresh rocket creates a light, sophisticated flavour profile that is finished beautifully with a hint of citrus. It is a versatile vegan accompaniment that works equally well for a Sunday roast or a quick midweek dinner.
Packed with nutrients and naturally low in calories, this dish focuses on fresh, whole ingredients and minimal preparation.
