Ingredients for Green seasoning
45 ml chopped fresh chives
15 ml chopped fresh shado beni or coriander leaves (optional)
30 ml chopped fresh thyme
15 ml chopped fresh oregano
15 ml chopped fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
How to make Green seasoning
Process all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture forms a thick paste. Alternatively, blend with 30 ml of vinegar.
Use the mixture immediately, or transfer it to a tightly sealed glass jar.
