Veggie Detox

This vibrant veggie detox juice is a refreshing way to start your morning or recharge after a busy weekend. Combining the natural sweetness of firm Bosc pears with the earthy depth of raw beetroot and carrots, it offers a well-balanced flavour profile that is neither too sugary nor too bitter. The addition of fresh ginger provides a warming, spicy kick that perfectly complements the crisp notes of the celery and Italian parsley.

As a nutrient-dense vegan drink, this recipe is incredibly easy to prepare using a standard juice extractor. The combination of root vegetables and fresh fruit makes it a fantastic source of vitamins, while the splash of lemon juice adds a zesty finish. Serve it chilled in tall glasses for a cleansing, homemade alternative to shop-bought smoothies.
