Cherry and Coconut Granola with Yoghurt

This homemade cherry and coconut granola offers a delightful balance of textures and flavours to brighten your morning routine. The combination of toasted rolled oats, crunchy almonds and tropical coconut flakes creates a satisfying base, while dried cherries provide a chewy, tart contrast. Elevated with the subtle warmth of cinnamon and vanilla, this fragrant cereal is far superior to shop-bought alternatives and fills your kitchen with a wonderful aroma as it bakes.

As a nutritious vegetarian breakfast option, this granola is excellent for meal prepping as it keeps well in an airtight container for several days. Serve it over a generous dollop of creamy plain yoghurt for a protein-rich start to the day, or add a splash of chilled milk and a handful of fresh berries for a lighter seasonal treat.
