This vibrant feta and dill dip is a refreshing addition to any snacking spread or mezze platter. Combining the salty tang of feta cheese with aromatic fresh herbs and creamy Greek yoghurt, it offers a sophisticated flavour profile that is both zesty and cooling. The addition of white-wine vinegar provides a sharp brightness that cuts through the richness, while the parsley ensures a beautiful, garden-fresh finish.
As a versatile vegetarian dish, this dip is perfect for those seeking a lighter alternative to traditional mayo-based appetisers. It is naturally high in protein and pairs brilliantly with crunchy crudités, warm pita bread, or even as a sauce for roasted vegetables. Simple to prepare in just a few minutes, it is a reliable choice for effortless entertaining or a healthy weekday snack.
