Can I take 50 and Probiotics together?

Why this happens

Probiotics contain live beneficial bacteria. Antibiotics are designed to kill bacteria. If taken at the same time, the antibiotic cannot distinguish between 'bad' infection-causing bacteria and the 'good' bacteria in the probiotic, leading to the destruction of the probiotic organisms.

It is generally safe to take probiotics with most medications. If you are taking an antibiotic, it is best to space the doses at least 2 to 3 hours apart to ensure the probiotic remains effective.
