Why this happens
Both medicines belong to a group called NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs). They work by blocking certain enzymes in the body. When you take two different NSAIDs together, you 'double up' on the side effects without getting extra pain relief. This thins the stomach lining and reduces blood flow to the kidneys.
What you should do
