Can I take Adcal d3 and Lutein together?

Adcal-D3 contains calcium and vitamin D3. Lutein is a carotenoid (a plant pigment). These substances are absorbed and processed by the body through different pathways. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, and lutein is also better absorbed with a small amount of fat, so taking them with a meal can improve the absorption of both.

You can safely take Adcal-D3 and lutein together. To get the most benefit, take them with a meal that contains a small amount of healthy fat (like yoghurt, olive oil, or avocado), as this helps your body absorb the vitamin D and the lutein more effectively.
