Why this happens

Korean ginseng and Vitamin D3 are processed by the body through different pathways. Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin primarily involved in calcium absorption and bone health, while Korean ginseng contains ginsenosides that are thought to affect energy and stress responses. They do not interfere with each other's absorption, metabolism, or effectiveness.

You can continue to take both supplements as directed. As with any supplement, it is best to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging or those provided by your healthcare professional. If you have underlying health conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes, or if you are pregnant, always consult your doctor before starting Korean ginseng.
