Ranch Fun Dip

This vibrant ranch fun dip is a clever plant-based take on classic savoury flavours, using toasted pistachios as a rich, nutty base. By combining nutritional yeast with aromatic dried dill and garlic, you create a deeply satisfying vegan snack that captures the zesty essence of traditional ranch dressing. The addition of Aleppo-style pepper introduces a mild, fruity heat that perfectly balances the earthy notes of the ground nuts.

Ideal for entertaining or as a healthy afternoon snack, this versatile seasoning can be prepared well in advance and kept in the cupboard. Serve it in a small bowl alongside a colourful platter of crisp crudités, such as radishes, cucumber batons and baby carrots. It also doubles as a delicious savoury sprinkle for popcorn or roasted cauliflower, making it a useful staple for any vegan kitchen.
