This homemade wholemeal pancake and waffle mix is a brilliant cupboard staple for anyone looking to simplify their morning routine. It is a versatile vegetarian base that ensures your pancakes turn out fluffy and consistent every time, whether you are hosting a weekend brunch or preparing a quick midweek treat.
Having this pre-mixed blend ready in your pantry means a nutritious breakfast is only moments away. Simply whisk the dry mix with fresh buttermilk and egg to create a stack of golden pancakes or crisp waffles.
