Can I take Aspirin low dose and Magnesium together?

Why this happens

Magnesium can increase the pH (reduce the acidity) of the stomach and urine. A less acidic stomach can slow down the absorption of aspirin, while less acidic urine causes the kidneys to flush aspirin out of the body more quickly.

To ensure your low-dose aspirin works correctly, try to space the doses apart. Take your aspirin at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking any magnesium supplements or magnesium-based antacids.
