Why this happens
Vitamin D and bupropion are processed by different pathways in the body. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin primarily processed by the liver and kidneys to its active form, while bupropion is metabolised mainly by the CYP2B6 enzyme system. They do not interfere with each other's absorption, breakdown, or effectiveness.
What you should do
You can continue taking both as prescribed. As with any supplement, it is best to take vitamin D with a meal containing some fat to help with absorption. If you experience any unusual symptoms, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Bisoprolol and Trimbow (which contains formoterol) work in opposite ways on the airways. Bisoprolol may cause the airways to narrow, making it harder to breathe and potentially triggering asthma or COPD symptoms. It also makes the formoterol in the Trimbow inhaler less effective at opening your airways.
