Easy chicken nuggets

These homemade chicken nuggets offer a nutritious and protein-rich alternative to shop-bought frozen options. By combining lean chicken breast with oats and savoury seasonings, you can create a satisfying meal that is both wholesome and flavourful. The use of panko breadcrumbs and a touch of parmesan ensures a light, crisp coating that provides an excellent texture without the need for deep frying.

This high-protein dish is perfect for a quick midweek dinner or for batch-cooking and storing in the freezer for busy days. Simply serve with a fresh green salad or some roasted sweet potato wedges for a balanced and healthy family favourite. The inclusion of oats adds a subtle nuttiness and additional fibre, making these nuggets as satiating as they are delicious.
