This spice-rubbed rib steak is a standout high-protein meal that delivers a sophisticated balance of heat and sweetness. By combining light brown sugar with a punchy blend of Cajun spices and cayenne pepper, the meat develops a beautifully caramelised crust that seals in the natural juices. Whether cooked over the coals of a barbecue for a smoky finish or under a hot kitchen grill, this method ensures a perfectly seasoned steak every time.
Ideal for a quick midweek treat or a Saturday night dinner, these bone-in rib-eyes offer deep flavour and a satisfying texture. Serve your steaks alongside a crisp green salad or some oven-roasted vine tomatoes for a nutritious, filling meal. It is an excellent choice for those looking to increase their protein intake without compromising on bold, savoury flavours.
