This vibrant apple and celery green juice offers a sophisticated twist on the classic morning wellness shot. By blending crisp Granny Smith apples with fresh flat-leaf parsley and a hint of apple cider vinegar, this vegan drink balances refreshing tartness with earthy, savoury notes. It is a fantastic way to hydrate and start the day, providing a much more complex and rounded flavour profile than standard vegetable juices.
Ideal for those seeking a light, healthy addition to their breakfast routine, this homemade juice is quick to prepare using either a blender or a juicer. The addition of a little cracked black pepper provides a subtle warmth that complements the green vegetables perfectly. Serve it over plenty of ice in a tall glass for an invigorating mid-morning pick-me-up.
