This elegant radish and anchovy butter crostini offers a sophisticated twist on the classic French snack of radishes with butter and salt. By whipping salty anchovies and fresh chives into softened butter, you create a rich, savoury base that perfectly offsets the peppery crunch of thinly sliced French Breakfast radishes. It is a wonderful example of how high-quality, simple ingredients can be transformed into a stylish hors d'oeuvre with very little effort.
Perfect as a light starter or a refined addition to a garden party platter, these open-faced sandwiches are as beautiful as they are delicious. The vibrant pink of the radishes against the bright green chives makes for a visually stunning dish that fits seamlessly into a spring or summer menu. Serve these alongside a crisp glass of white wine for the ultimate seasonal treat.
