Down’s Syndrome Scotland works to improve the quality of life for everyone in Scotland with Down’s syndrome and their families. They provide information, services and support as follows:
- Families section: information on all stages of life for a person with Down's syndrome as well as how their Family Support Service can provide information, services and support.
- Professionals section: information focusing on health, education, current research we are supporting, training courses and how their Family Support Service can provide professionals with information, support and services.
- Resources section: a list of their free publications, free library service, our publication shop and how to become a subscriber of their bi-annual magazine Full Potential.
- Get Involved section: includes information on the six local branches throughout Scotland, fundraising and volunteering opportunities, free courses for young adults/adults with Down's syndrome, Down's Syndrome Sports, 30th anniversary events and Down's Syndrome Awareness Week.
